when my back window if foggy or icy, if i turn on my defroster, most of the ice will go away except for 4 or 5 "lines" worth. They must not be getting power. what should i do to fix this.

they have probably gotten scratched look real close at the lines that dont work see if there is any breaks in them if so you can buy a repair kit at the parts store to fix it. i have used it in the past worked great but don't use the mask that comes with it get some masking tape and it will look better.
