Default snapped rear upper control arms

i just recently bought my first mustang, a 90 GT. The main problem the kid told me was the rear upper control arms are snapped off. He had them welded back in but after a month or so they snapped off again. A friend of mine told me about a brace that you weld in behind the rear seats that will correct this problem. I have searched google numerous times, and cannot find anything on this. If anyone knows of any ways to fix this or what the brace is called please let me know thanks

did he break the control arm itself or the mounts for it? its pretty hard to brake a control arm the mount could have rusted around it and broken off

I believe he snapped the mount off, and the company my friend told me about was WildRides. I think they are a chassis company but their website is under construction every time i go there. The dude who owned it before me had it welded like 3 times but it keeps snapping so i dunno if they arent aligning it right or do u know of any other fixes.
