Is the E7SF-12A650-A1B ECU the same as the A9P

There should be a 3 digit code above the 13 digits
you listed in your post.The code is usually located directly above that number.You can see examples of this 3 digit code in the image below.BTW,the first 4 digits,of the 13 you listed, actually just id which vehicle this particular ECU was designed for,rather than which vehicle the ECU came out of.
E7SF = 1987 Thunderbird
