Seized engine on 99'

The bottom pulley is the one you want to rotate to the right. You can usually go back to the left if everything is jiggy with the engine but it sounds like it isn't so like the song says, to dah right, to dah right, to dah right, to dah right. To make rotating the engine easier, pull some or all of the spark plugs.
You won't see anything external moving while you are rotating the crank shaft other than the pulley but what you're trying to verify is that the engine is not seized so if it keeps rotating at least it isn't seized. It could still be phucked, but at least it isn't seized. You shouldn't need an insane breaker bar to spin the engine but if you can only rotate it so far before it stops moving then Houston, we have a problem and it is going to take some open heart surgery to figure out.
