Default Need your help diagnosing a radiator cap leaking/ cooling fan issue

Hey everyone, I need your help diagnosing something. Drove around for about an hour yesterday, first time in a while, got home, smelled coolant, noticed it was leaking around the radiator reservoir cap. Ran the car today in the driveway, ran for about an hour until coolant started leaking again. I noticed the radiator fan did not kick on. Temperature gauge in the car seemed fine, straight up. The fan does kick on when I turn on the AC at max. What do you guys think I need to replace? I thought at first I needed a new radiator cap but now I'm leaning more to replacing the Coolant Temperature Sensor? I'm sure there is a mechanic on here that knows exactly what I need to do. Any advice you can give is much appreciated. Thanks!
