I live in Virginia and plan on installing LT headers with a catted H-pipe (to get the best of these aftermarket cams that are already installed).

Should I anticipate problems with passing State Inspections here in VA? I asked because on American Muscle where I am looking at the parts, they mentions "off-road use only."
