LT Headers and Catted H-Pipe

Thinking of installing LT headers and a catted h-pipe on my 06 GT.

Should I expect issues passing State Inspection here in VA with this setup?

I don't think this would be a problem, but just in case I would talk with my local mechanic that does my inspections. I think as long as the cats are there this would be fine, IMHO.
