BCM/SJB help needed
So 2007 mustang gt automatic 4.6l v8 here's the back story... pony puddle(leaking Cowel)... corrosion... random parasitic drain requiring regular but random jump starting events... only goes away when you pull multiple not 1 but at least 2 of the SJB fuses pulling fuses from the SJB no drop so problem is the SJB...07 no new BCM remanufactured from certified shop used by Ford dealership 1 yr warranty... installed programmed car won't shift out of park... 5.6volts at interlock brakes applied and not applied... replaced with my sjb 0v off 10v on... new part new problem... warrantied part... 7 days later drove car to shop installed 2nd new(remanufactured) part same problem 5.6v on or off pedal... replacing again a 3rd time any ideas... also SJB c2280b has a orange/? Cut and spliced to a c2280e black/? Also cut so bypassing sjb it did have aftermarket GPS installed(now removed) from dealership thinking that could be my parasitic load but as it's bypassing the SJB entirely don't think that has anything to do with interlock issue 🤔
7r3t------bg is my part 1st replacement ? 2nd replacement was a bf and 3rd that is coming is AC but according to Ford these parts are all interchangeable that the pinouts are the same from 06-09 just either used or unused contacts and programming the module dictates the output on or off
Tanerite anyone? Driving home from dealership contemplating this 3rd modules short comings and the brand new less than 1500 mile rear end breaks what I can only assume is a tooth off the ring gear clunk ..... clunk..... clunk.... hit throttle clunk clunk clu clunk clunk
