Default Is this normal for a steering rack?

Hi,

I've removed both tie rods but noticed one side has visible grease and the other side has none.
Is this normal? Pics can explain better

The grease is in the socket of the inner tie rod end. If' the one side has it all over the place my guess is that it's from the socket on the inner joint failing and the grease getting squeezed out. Clean it out before you put the inner tie rod in.
