has never failed for me, prolly saved from 20 tickets, alerts you like 1/2 - 1 mile before u even pass the cop, and tells you where they are.

yea same hear. i bought the V1 a long time ago and updated it a couple times, the best one out there. there is also one called the passport 8500 or somthing like that. but i like the v1 better because you can update it so you have the most up to date radars. and the arrows are cool

all you do is send it in and they give you a whole new unit with all the up to date radars on it for a little cost

Thats the best you can buy. Best range, and best warning system too. Also has a concieled (sp?) display option.

I have used both the Valentine and the Passport 8500. I like the Passport better for these reasons. The Passport 8500 X50 seems to be better at picking up 'pop' radar. Also, with the Valentine, it seems to give you a lot more false alarms than the X50. They are the 2 best units around, and you really can't go wrong with either. But, the Passport is less expensive than the Valentine, so I think it is the best all around buy. I will never trade my Passport for anything else.

Unless he waits until you're right by him and then flips it on and tags you.
