Default Stereo Replacement

Hey all, I daily a 2014 Mustang V6 Coupe and recently my radio went out. Suddenly none of the buttons did anything and all that was shown on the screen was the time and it was blinking. I took off the stereo relay just in case while I browse for some replacement units.

So far, all I see are pretty much copy and paste radio replacements with android auto / carplay and they all function the same but after reading some reviews and watching videos they pretty much kinda suck after a while and Im not sure what I can get that is worth buying. Might be asking for too much but do y'all know any units that don't go past 400 bucks that are worth buying? Or is there a better alternative?

This is the oem stereo. Its the one that doesn't have navigation.

Thanks in advance!
