Default clunk noise on startup?

Ok. Everytime i start my car now it makes a clunk noise like the trans or motor is hitting something. It started doing this like a week ago. I can not figure out what it is. The motor mounts look ok from what i can tell. I don't see the motor move to much when it is started. It only makes the noise just as the engine turns over to fire and then it's gone. Weird. Let me know what you all think.

Look at your starter. Fords are known for starter bolts backing out. If that's not it then maybe you have something going on with your trans.
