4.6 Blown head?

#3 cylinder has no compression. What do you think the chances are if it's just a bent valve or the o-rings are gone?

could just be a blown gasket. but we are gonna need a little back story on how it ended up with no compression. nitrous, no oil, over heating, what happend.
