87gt no start... were does this wire go?

Default 87gt no start... were does this wire go?

for an 87 on the negative battery cable there is a small wire that branches off and according to the wiring schematic it goes to the eec module....there is no way it can reach the computer........does it go on the firewall?...were?....right now im stuck on stupid and need help!......

maybe its a ground wire? could possibly just go sumwhere on the uypper radiator support where u can ground it

I'm confident that this wire is a ground between the eec and the battery. This is done bec there can actually be potential differences between the chasis and the battery. and bec the sensors run on very little voltage, this is necessary for accurate results.

pretty cool huh?

So yea, leave that wire alone.

No start huh?

Do you here the starter solonoid clicking?

Does the starter make noise?

What is your battery voltage? it is discharged?
