Hello all

I have a 87 Trunk that i'm resto/mod/5.0 swapping... Taking care of all the little piddly stuff first...

My trunk won't close all the way down, I think it has to do with the fact that the right trunk Striker ?!?!? isn't installed... Does the trunk and the hatch models both use strikers? someone installed a metal tube thing thats kinda in the shape of a C and runs right to left for about 2" and comes back in toward the body on both side... I dont really know what i'm talking about so i dont know how to describe what i'm looking for.

Could someone take a picture of there trunk section where the trunk attaches to the body (On the body side, not the latch that mounts to the trunk). Thanks.
