So far I have been able to find out that the header panel and the headliner are the same ford part numbers for 94-98 and for 99-04. A couple shops have also told me that the convertable top is also the same and is interchangable. Other items like the left and right frame rails are different part numbers. I am restoring a wrecked 1994 pace car and can get a complete NEW 99+ frame with convertable top and backlight assembled and ready to bolt on from a seller on ebay for only $795 complete.
