i know this is a stupid question but i was trying to rotate my tires and i got all of the lugs off an my rim still isnt coming off. 1997 cobra with stock rims. do i need to remove that black cap in the middle of all the lugs and if so how.

no just a littel rust build up between your wheel and rotor what you need to do is get a piece of wood and a big hammer put the wood to the back of the wheel and use the hammer to knock the wheel loose the wood is just ot keep form damaging the wheel. then clean the rotor real good with a wire brush.

Well, as we all know, if kicking it doesnt work, you can try hitting it with ****. Maybe throw some stuff at it
