Will Ford Factory CD Player play MP3 CDs ?
What format do I need to use when I burn a MP3 cd so it will work in the Ford Factory CD Player? I put a MP3 CD in the player the other day and it played fine, but I lost the CD and every MP3 CD that I have burnt since will not play. Please help. Thanx

mp3 no, most burners will convert to wave (.wav) files if you don't specify mp3.
an mp3 disc will hold about 5-8 full cd's worth of music.
a wave disc will hold about 30 songs.

30 songs on a wave file? Maybe if they were beach boy songs! Your looking around 18-20 songs on a Cd. MP3 can hold about 200 but I have never seen a Ford stock MP3 player. If there is one..I would def like to know about it so I can get one!-Shane

hes selling it for 100 dollars shipped. they came as an option on the mustangs my years. that was premium packaged. I almost got it my self when i bought the car, but then i decided to get the 6 disk cd changer instead.
