Default 302 H.O. in an '89 Mark VII?

Anyone know anything about this engine? Is there any difference in this and an '89 Mustang 302 H.O.?

Thanks I kinda figured they were the same. Found one that's been in a light accident.

Thought about looking for a 4-banger convertible to drop it in, but I'm kinda leaning towards dropping it in my 75 SWB, or a 78 flareside I got a lead on... If I got it, all I'd probably use are the engine & tranny though...
