Location of Signal FLASHER

Location of Signal FLASHER
My 89 GT signal flasher just
crapped out. Bought a new one.
Looked in the fuse panel, an empty
spot is there but no flasher.
Also the panel would not close if I
stuck it in there.
That means it is somewhere else.
Where did they hide it???
