Nobody said anything about a 93-97 being an ls1. I was just stating that because its the better of the 2.

depends on what mustang you're comparing. stock GT vs LS1 = LS1, stock 03/04 cobra vs LS1 = cobra.

The bottom line is that the answer to your question is Ford. If we were at a corvette forum, the answer would be Chevy.

Who cares really. Neither is truly better, they both have their ups and downs. In the end it matters which one you like.
Very nice JD. You have saved me typing twice today. It is all personal preference. GM has the performance while Ford is normally a little cheaper. It all depends on what you want.
