Shift kit with 3.73 gears
sup,
there was a post here a while ago with a guy that posted something about TRANSGO shift kits. I have searched and was unable to find it. Anyway, what I was wondering, I have a 95 gt (5.0) w/ 3.73 gears and looking at getting a shift kit. Somebody here was praising Transgo kits on ebay. Like this one or something...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TRANSGO-FORD-AODE-4R70W-SHIFT-KIT-MUSTANG-5-0-4-6-F-150_W0QQitemZ7999946046QQcategoryZ33727QQrdZ1QQcmd ZViewItem Is this something that would work with my setup? Any opinions? Are the shifts a lot stiffer than stock? This is a cruising car also, so dont need something that throws you in the seat when simply cruising (you all have been in a nice 72 stang w/ a blown 472 and as it shifts-driving normal speeds it throws you as it shifts from 1-2 2-3 etc)... Also looking at a tranny cooler (just because- probaly dont need it). Thanks for any help....
