I've got a set of BBK specific rate springs that lower the car 1.5 inches all around. If you go over speed bumps alot they become a neusance. I have to go really slow to not scrape my x pipe and or bottom out. If you are running headers forget 2" dropover speed bumps. My springs and right height are perfect for me, not to harsh yet not to squishy.

I'd say 1 1/2 all around. I don't like the look of slammed Mustangs. It's a PITA to get into parking lots as it is, even worse since my GT is lowered now...

ford racing sells some and they are much cheaper than the eibachs (140 compared to 240). they have "lowered" springs that will drop you about 1" all around and "super sports" springs that will drop about the same, but they are nice and stiff. so if you want performance, go with the super sports. if not, eibachs would be nice. bbk sells some than will lower you about 1.5 inches and are 220. just giving you some alternatives not that i dont like eibach, just there are others out there. and i found all those at www.summitracing.com
