Will a 97 explorer engine drop into a 92 Mustang with no changes, or will oil pans etc need to be swapped. Thanks.

 

you will more than likely need engine mounts and all that crap and if youre replacing the 2.3L engine, you'll more than likely need new suspension. unless you have a free or really cheap donor explorer, just get an F-150 engine. itll be way more worth the swap... if you wanna go the pickup engine route
