Well, you might also want to know the difference between forged and cast. It's not something you can do to a part that's already manufactured. It's HOW it was manufactured. In short; cast was poured into that shape, and forged was hammered. The way metal products are manufactured plays a big part in their strengths, often as much as the alloy used...

muchas gracias por all the replies, as i said, i'm really new to this, at least to domestic cars. hav was right, sooner or later i was going to ask that. p&p i supp means port and polish?
