Default Wheels

I am about to the point where I need to get new wheels and tires. I have a 1968 coupe, with stock disc in front, stock drum in rear.

My question is this. I want to stay with 15" wheels, but not sure what depth. I am thinking about 7" for the front, but want to know how much rubber I can put in the back. Any ideas on offsets with rim depth?

Thanks
Ted

Honestly you are better off asking your question in the Classic section of the forum. I've noticed that the guys with older stangs almost never come out to the general tech (they most not like us). Most of the people in these sections are younger and don't know muck about the older cars. Just trying to help you get your ? answered

you should be able to put a 15x8 out back but the offset is the tricky part ya need to make sure the wheel doesn't stick out past the fender.
