275s on a 10.5?

275s on a 10.5?
Could I run a 275 tire on a 10.5 inch wheel?? I want to get a set of wheels, but I don't want to just throw away my fairly new nittos.

their site says the wheel width range for the 275/40-17 555R is 9-11" so u should be good.

Im runnin 275s on my 10.5s. They look pretty good. Not as good as the 315s, but I picked up hankooks for 94 each, when the cheapest 315s were about 250 each.

you can fit 305's on a 10.5 and they look good, im not sure 275's would look good at all.

i was leaning towards saying wait till you run out that tire, then get the rims. the tires might not perform as well id theyre stretched like that.
