Default K-Frame

Hey, have any of you had experience in replacing the k-frame on an '88 GT? How difficult is it, and is it a do it yourself thing or would I need a garage, lift etc?

Its not that bad the biggest thing is to make sure you have the motor held up very secure other then that it is very straight forward you can separate the spindle at the ball joint and leave the strut and brakes on the car or you could drop the whole thing with the struts and brake (The way I done it) You will probably need help so have a friend there with you other then that its not real bad.I have done one with a lift and without a life so it can be done both ways.
