I went to see the auto guy around 12am or so. He took a look at my car and said because of the sratches on the side, it looks like it was hit off, not ripped. He said to call him back at or around 3-4 so he could give me a price. I figured it maybe still cheap (< $100), but when I called him at 3:30, he did not call he supply center yet. I waited for another hour and then called him back once again. He then had me on hold for 6 minutes or so and said, "I cannot get in touch with ford, I will have to call them Monday." I then said "I called ford and I know how much its going to be, but I thought you were going to do it for free or something." He then said, "we will figure out something, like you pay for the parts and put it on for you. I will contact ford on Monday to see what we can do."

I have to call him back on Monday at 1 to see how this is going to turn out. Anyone think its best for me to just order the parts though?

They're easy to put on, you will need to make sure they are paint matched.
