Rockers will come in different ratios (1.6, 1.7 etc.) 1.6 is stock and 1.7's will give about .030 more lift at the valve. Any time you change the lift you should also check the piston to valve clearance or you risk smacking a piston with the valve. Springs are matched to the cam, the cam manufacture should be able to give a reccomendation as to what spring to use. CC's refer to the size of the combustion chamber in the head. Unless you are trying to raise the compression ratio I reccomend finding a head with the stock (or as close as possible) size chamber, a few cc's either way won't make too much of a differance.

thanks alot thats a big help. At the moment I have everything but heads, cam, and the block done, i have a completley seperate engine, out of an 86. ( because my 94 has a knock sensor and i want to go with a gear drive timing chain). I plan to go with a 347 stroker kit, should i wait till the block is done and get the "Right" size heads for that block? The whole car is done other than that and paint . I dont like to have to buy things twice. I would like to stay away from the bottle and a charger/ turbo.. I just like raw muscle. I found a shop in the bennington vermont area that i would like to do the work. but i want to do some research to make shure i do it all right the 1st time

Ehhh.... please don't put a gear drive on there. They are old crappy 1969'stechnology and they transfer harmonics through the engine. Look around at what the best engine builders are using and you will see that none of them use a gear drive. A good double roller chain is all you need. If you plan on a 347 then buy heads and a cam that are based on that amount of cubes.
