Okay this is my first ever post, about a car I have had for only a week, so please bare with me!

I am noticing what I am calling a "beep" noise when my engine hits a mid to high RPM (probably 3500 or 4000 to 5000). It seems to be electronic in nature, and will last for probably a 1/4 to 1/2 a second. Its just barely audible without the radio on. Has anyone else experienced this?

I vote for this one to be deleted. I think I actually heard something else, totally unrelated to the car :-P Doesn't look like I can delete my own post though, but if a moderator wants to clean it up, have at it!
