Default Smog legal CAI?

Does anyone know if the C&L CAI is 50-state smog legal? I only ask because I noticed that the AIRAID intake is.

If you reside in California I believe any add on engine part requires an Executive Order (EO) #. That being the case if the part is emmissions legal for California it will have a sticker on it with the EO#.

Well I don't know about any EO# sticker for the C&L, so it sounds like one-up for the Airaid kit. This is a hot item, they're selling fast.
