Default RE: Canned vs Email vs Custom tune???

One important thing to keep in mind regarding canned tunes is that they are designed to safely work with specific CAI's and other mods that do not dramatically alter the A/F ratio, like catback and axleback exhausts, underdrive pulleys, lower gearing, different diameter tires, etc.
But if tubular headers, catted x-pipe, P&P heads, etc., are thrown into the mix, then the tune has to be customized on a dyno so that the A/F ratio does not get too lean, and cause possible engine damage.

Thanks guys, my initial plan for mods make a canned tune the safest and easiest route for now.

ORIGINAL: Kriger

Evolution has a strong canned tune for the v6's and since Fred drives a gt himself I can only imagine what he offers the gt customers. He dynos the cars right there and is experienced with what he's doing. Canned or custom he can hook you up and is very fairly priced. Less then other dealers and should be atleast researched if not spoken with before you buy anywhere. Great customer service and is a really down to earth guy.
I have to second that... I got the JLT2/Xcal 2 from Evo with Fred's tune for my GT, and it's awesome... The whole package was $525 shipped...
