Price Quotes on Bodykit finishing + install.
Still cannot decide on which bodykit to buy, or which pieces to mix and match. Anyways minus the cost of the kit itself. What is a reasonable price I should be looking for on paint+finish+install of a full body kit. I know Cervini kit cost like $3300, but for them to do all the work its more like $13,000. Isn't $9,500 a bit much for that work?

yes, that is way too much, unless you just want serial numbers for collector value. Find a really good body shop, ask around, and get a price from someone who does quality work in your area. A good paint and body man can match the paint, but you should still be able to get the factory color, and basecoat clearcoat the kit. Install is not that difficult. A local body shop should be able to do a first rate job, once you get the pieces, for less than 2 g's.

The Cervini Kit that cost $13,000 has a wheels and tires, exhaust, body kit. That parts package is $7495.
The install for that kit by deduction would be about $5500 that would also include lowering the car. I would bet you could have it installed cheaper. Remenber this is your baby do you want it delivered by the cheapest guy in town or the one with the best track record. I did not risk the car for a couple of grand. I went with Cervini all the way.
