4000 Miles on them, no rattles. Drone is typical, but tolerable. I also wanted something that wasnt going to wake up the neighbors, but still loud enough.
Got a speeding ticket last week, the cop said he heard me coming! He was about 1/4- 1/2 mile away, but I was hammering it when I went under the train bridge.

Best thing is dont rush it, see if you can find a local car club, and there bound to be a few different ones that they will be glad to let you hear.

same deal here. The welds that hold my chambers in place have came loose and I called flowmaster and they are sending me a brand new set as soon as I send the old ones back to them. I like the sound but I think I may just sell the new ones and go with someone else. Good luck guys

My problem there is that I don't have the stock mufflers, I bought the car slightly used with the flows already installed, and it's my daily driver. So I can't just take my mufflers off and send them in. I have to call them Monday and see if there's anything they can do. And I doubt the dealership will do anything because I put an O/R H in and they've seen it already so I'm thinking they'll blame it on that, which would be rediculous but u know how that goes. I'm just waiting for Monday to see what kind of run-around I'm gonna get. It's totally embarrassing driving around with my car sounding like that, totally sucks......maybe I should just go straight headers for a while, jk...

I just wanted to take a second to put this flowmaster thing in prospective. I've seen 6 people in the last 2 days complain of broken baffle plates in their '05 gt flows. And as many people have said...well u can't blame flowmaster for just one or two bad pairs of mufflers....Bull S..t. Thats way to many bad mufflers, 6 just in these forums, imagine how many r actually out there. And all of u who come to defend these pieces of crap, just wait, with that many weak welds its only a matter of time before yours give way. I am a flowmaster fan, but these mufflers need to be redesigned....

I was thinking the same thing. If i was in the market to buy some again, after reading all this, I wouldnt take my chances on the Flows.
But for now all I can do is enjoy, and cross my fingers.

Hey Stoenr... You know what is funny? they only started to rattle after I put the JLT2 CAI and tune on it. It was like they were fine until I added the added HP. Of the two sides, its only the passenger that has started rattling...

I am done. they just are not enough. The place that did them all gathered around after they were installed when I started the car and they were all like, thumbs up! Sounds great!!! Now it sounds like a stang should!!!

And I was like..."That's it? I can hardly hear any difference."

Just a mistake I will pay for. Borlas or Corsas... that is where I am leaning right now.
