Have a problem with small black specks on my torch red mustang. Most of them are on the bumper. Anyone know how to get them off. Also, is "C&L" the brand of an intake system or just the initials of one?

 

Don't know about the paint but C&L is a brand name. I installed it on my GT with the X-Cal 2 from Brenspeed. First mod I did and don't regret.
