Default Lowering 06 Mustang GT

Good Morning,
I'm new to the forum but not new to the wonderful world of Mustangs. I picked up my Black 06 GT and I would like to lower it. I was wondering if anyone on the forum has done this and if they used just springs or got the whole kit including struts sway bars springs etc etc etc. I also would like to know how your ride quality changed. I don't want a harsh every day ride but would like to get this thing to handle like it was on rails. Also, any advice on exhaust would be helpful. I want just a bit more sound, nothing to loud!
Thanks,
Bob

The mods I made to my '05 should work on your '06. With the Tokico's I can adjust the ride from full firm to "really soft"...I am streeting just a nudge softer than the middle and I am very happy with the ride.
Ran at the track with slightly firmer than middle and it was very responsive.

I lowered my '06 using just the Eibach Pro Kit. Stock dampers and panhard. Ride is fine AND I would not recommend going any lower for the street. Camber kit is some cases may be recommended to get camber in the -0.5 degree (or less) range.

I know several people who just put in springs with nothing else and are happy with the ride on the street - if you are not going to track the car and just want it lowered then either the Eibach or Steeda (or FRPP which are made by Steeda?? - maybe I am wrong here) springs should do.

BTW - wrt to the camber....I mentioned this in another thread, but when I upgraded my suspension, the car already had a -1 camber. Anyone else take measurements at stock or can verify that my pony was not just overly inclined to turn?
