Anyone have experience putting an 03 supercharged Cobra motor in a 98 GT?

You are on the wrong forum...this is 05 not 5.0 no problem, ask the same Q in the appropiate forum, a lot of those guys are gearheads and you should get a very good answer to your Q!

He does not have a 5.0, it is a 4.6. Anyways go to the 4.6 tech section and your questions will be answered.
