lol, salesman are something else. I remeber when shopping w/ a friend of mine for a 350z and it was a know fact that all 03-earley 05 hand a high chance of a tire problem were the car would need new tires every 10k miles. and only one out of ten dealers spoke the truth about it. Most of them said: "i never heard of it" or "not sure; ill have to check w/ are mec's". The best is when they try to seller you another car.

Salesman are just there to sell. They're goal is to get you to buy a car and they'll tell you anything to want to hear get you to buy it.

Salesmen's job is to remove as much money from your bank account as possible. If the v-6 were as quick as the v-8, why would Ford make the v-8? 300 hp will always out accelerate 210 hp in vehicles that weigh roughly the same. There are a kazillion Ford dealers out there. Don't deal with the obviously full of s*** dealers.

My brother is a car salesman and ill tell you a FACT. MANY salesmen dont know **** about the cars they are selling. They will tell you what they think will make the sale PERIOD. Its is like every other job... nine out of ten of the people doing the job are doing just enough to get the job done.. they arent gonna put any more effort than it takes.. and in the car bus that means learning about cars.
My bro is a great salesman that reads up on every single car that he can and keeps up with his stuff... Hes a great guy. Im not downplaying every car salesman. Fact is tho its just like any other job (like I said before).
So bottom line is dont rely on a salesman to get the info you need. Do the research yourself... Youll find it will be surprisingly easy and could save ya in the long run
