deluxe and premium??

Hey guys, is the only difference between the deluxe and premium the standard leather seats and standard shaker 500? Is there any exterior differences at all?

No exterior differences, except from V6 to GT.

The only difference is the Shaker 500 and Leather seats are standard on the Premium (optional on Deluxe). Here's the Ford feature link:
