Default Racing last night

So me and some of my buddies went out last night, was late and was on a highway where no one was.
anyways we had my GT, 1969 fully restored mach 1 with minor mods, 350z, and 1991 5.0 with a few mods, and an rx-7. I believe I am right about the year on that 5.0. I dunno.. owell

anyways we raced from a stop and a roll from about 20. just 2 at a time. I pulled hard on both the 5.0 and Z(several car lengths on both.) I then raced the rx-7 from a stop, I bogged but slowy began to catch up. Then we went from a roll and we were even till I got high in second and at about 130MPH his headlights were only at my rear bumper! his car really suprised me!

then it's off to the mach 1, damn that thing hauls ***!!!! enough said he just kept pulling and pulling. It was pretty badass.

I know this should go in the drag/strip section but I figured some 05 owners would like to know.

I realize that alot of you don't like street racing but we were as safe as you can be. 12 at night, on a highway with no cars in sight, away from any cities.
I will acknowledge that it's stupid but darn fun!

Honestly, if I could... I would have bought a 69 Mach 1... or, if I really had the money... a 69 Boss 429.

Nothing wrong with street racing as long as you be caution with. I do plenty of mid nigh runs street racing along the highway. Just make sure all parties have radar and 2 ways radio, and a least 1 police scanner. have 1 of your friend car not in the race drive ahead of the race with radar.
