Clutch being hard at start up
I've noticed that every morning after the car sits over night that the first few times before the engne is warmed up shifting from first to second feels horrible. The whole car shakes and shudders, as if it was a bad shift or worse but it's not. I'm shifting at normal rpms but i'm just wondering if this is common in the new mustangs when they are cold, or if i could have a serious tranny issue. It goes away once the car is warmed but i'm just curious. I don't konw to much about the 5 spd tranny's yet.
Thanks

Mine seems to do the same thing. first time out for the day and the first few shifts from first to second sound a little hasty. noticed it before but like yours, the problem always goes away and i never gave it too much merit just yet. anyone?

I've noticed it as well, definitely from 1 to 2, but also if I am slowing to a stop, the car is cold, and I am even moving just the slightest bit, getting into 1 is extra tough...it just doesn't want to go in. Once it warms up it's fine.
