Just ordered a tune from Bamachips...
And payed through pay-pal. It kept saying it was going to be sent to my home address, but it will be e-mailed to me, right? I have just the regular SCT 93 canned tune in it now, will I hopefully see a difference with Doug's tune?

most people on this site seem to either go with Bamachips or Brenspeed toons. Does anyone have an opinion on which is better in terms of performence and customer service? thanks

My buddy ordered a bamachips tune and we just installed it last night. It seems to make some more power over his canned SCT tune. We did the old G tech meter to try and get a difference between the two tunes. We did, the canned tune ran 13.27 @ 112.4 and after the bamachips tune it did a 13.23 @ 114.2. The part that made me really think it made more power was the MPH and the fact that the car 0-60 time was exactly the same on both runs. Doug got him the tune I think in two business days. He commented on how well Doug listened and took care of his needs.

Doug's tunes may not be better than another, but is for sure as good as the best and his service is just awesome! If you ever make any other mods to your car, give Doug a call and he will send you the needed upgaded tune right away! A++ for service!!!

Doug is amazing. I ordered a JLT II and X-2 from him on Monday, was sent out Tuesday, and arrived at my house Thursday. After installing the intake, the X-2 wouldnt communicate with my car. I emailed Doug late that night, and he emailed me the next day apologizing because he got a bad batch of the X-2s (I was the third person from this specific batch that had this problem) and he'd already sent me out a new one OVERNIGHTED. He asked me to send my old one back and let him know what the cost was so he could reimburse me. He gave me his direct number and answered all of my questions, the guy is simply amazing as far as customer service goes. He's willing to go the extra mile it seems, just to make sure everything is working out for you.
