Default Two Questions (Headlights and Engine)

Well I do alot of night driving, and I have noticed that I couldn't see nearly far enough infront of me with the headlights and foglights on... So I aimed the headlights up about 3 inches about the foglight mark at 25 feet from the wall.. I can actualy see infront of me now... Did anyone else have to adjust the headlights from the factory? They were even, just too low it seemed...

About the engine.. I see that the redline on the Tach is 6000, but I read that the rev limiter is at 6250... Is this the redline of the engine and it wont hurt it taking it that high? Reason I ask is because when I'm going fast, I like to try to look at the road and this thing revs fast when it gets up there! And I don't want to hit the rev limiter and worry that I damaged my valves or something afterwards...

Thanks

As for the headlights, I have not really had that problem. The redline is factory set at 6250. I have mine reset, by my custom dynotuner, at 6700 and I shift at 6500 at the track. You will have no worries. They pulled mine to 7000 on the dyno more than once and all is well.

I had the same problem w/ the headlights. Aimed too low from the factory.

Yea, it was definitely unsafe... someone should tell them about it... I just did mine last night, and they are still maybe a tad too low... I heard that you should clearly be able to see a man walking in the shoulder of a highway a football field away on low beams.. something like that... The top of my beams were probably even with the fog lights... I went about 2 - 3 inches above those at a wall like 25 feet away...
