Default Which BMR LCAs to go with...

These are the options they have:

TCA019 Tubular Lower Control Arms w/poly bushings $119.95 pr.

TCA020 Adjustable Lower "Race" Control Arms w/rod ends $249.95 pr.

TCA021 Adjustable Lower "Street" Control Arms with poly bushing/rod-end combination $249.95 pr.

TCA022 Tubular Lower Control Arms, non-adjustable, with polyurethane bushing and spherical bearing combination $199.95 pr.

I'm just looking for something that is going to be better than the stock ones, but will also help me with traction whenever I go to the track. This is my daily driver so I can't go with something that is going to harm my daily commute. My guess is to go with the ones with the poly bushings, don't know if I'll benefit by going with the adjustable ones though. I might lower my car later on too. Thanks guys!!!

Ok, here's my advice.

If you are lowering your car, then you should get the adjustable LCAs, that way you can properly set your pinion angle.

If you are not lowering your car, then stick with the rigid ones.

If you are driving primarily on the street, the Poly type are your best choice. If you want to get a bit more agressive, you can get the "combo" type that has 1 poly bushing and 1 Heim joint (AKA "rod end" or Spherical bearing).

I would avoid the "Race" type with dual rod ends, that will make your street ride very noisy.

Thanks Al, so go with the TCA021s, those are the ones I was considering, since those are the only (street) adjustables. Might go for the uppers at the same time too.

That'd be my choice as well.

On our car there is only one upper CA in the rear. Personally, I would not get an adjustable upper. The reason is that if you have adjustable lowers, you don't need the adjustable upper. Furthermore, the adjustable uppers are a lot weaker than the solid ones.

I would buy the BMR non-adjustable upper CA with spherical bushing, and then the "Spohn Rear Upper Control Arm Housing Bushing Kit" (which is only $16). That will give you a poly bushing on one end (the "diff" end) and a spherical on the other ("frame" end), just like the lowers you are looking at. The BMR non-adjustable upper CA is by far the strongest available, and I think that's important because there is only ONE upper CA.

get rod end/poly bushing one. i went with rod end/rod end, and it introduces too much noise into the cabin for dialy driving IMO
