RE: 4.10's installed...
I want the 3:73s'. I read that the 4:10 takes off as much as 35 miles per hour off the top end. If thats the case I would be hauling *** to find no more at the end of the tunnel in a matter of seconds. If I'm wrong Mustang Forums' tell me.

So a 171 mph mechanical limit would be a problem for you?

4.10's are too much gear for that kind of HP. and yea the stock control arm thing doesn't exactly help

Not to argue but how can you say 4.10's is to much gear for that hp?
I put 400+ to the wheels and thats around 475 to the crank and I have 4.10s and I have no issue.
The saleen extreme with 550 at the crank put 4.10's in there saleen and they have no issues
I do not lose 35mph to end with my car. I have been about 140 in my car and I was still pulling. Not that I am a expert but I am not stock and I have 4.10's and s/c so I do know a little

On the stock tires, it is too much power with 4.10's
Not only do you need what the others have suggested, you need
wider tires.
Cableguymicah above said he doesn't have much traction issue, but
he's rolling on bigger, wider wheels/tires. He's probably on 20x9.5 or 20x10
Even if you don't want to go with 20 inch wheels, you can stick with 18's to keep it
light, but need to get at least 9.5 inch wide and 275 or 285's out back.
Look at the GT500. It has those size tires in a car that probably weighs 400 pounds more
than yours with only slightly more power and doesn't have 4.10 gears and it still has traction
issues.
The relatively skinny stock 18's with that much power and 4.10's just won't cut it.
If you don't want to spend a bunch on wider wheels so you can get wider tires,
have the 4.10's removed and stick with the 3.55's

Let me get this straight: You have a lowered car, a supercharger, 4.10s, stock control arms, and you're not getting traction? Pardon my sarcasm, but big suprise!

Guess I'll give the LCA's w/ relobrackets a try.
