how much is everybody paying for their LeMans/Shelby stripes? I went to the dealer and they wanted $850 for decals and $1600 for painted. BULLS**T!!!!! I have a black 06 GT and want silver stripes. Im in SoCal. Any ideas? I want silver stripes

I paid $725.00 after they added back the $450.00 I paid for the shrinking Vinyl. I still have to carry it back and pay for the bumpers to come off so they can clear them. Right now you can hang your finger on the edges of the stripes on the bumpers. Oh and the numbers and letters are the original vinyl... they said they couldn't paint them on (Read didn't want to take the time to do it right)

I paid $99 from Baltimore Street Mods (sponsor here) for precut 3M vinyl 10" stripes. I also bought rocker panel stripes from them for $25. Just do it yourself. Figure even if you totally trashed the first set at least you'd have gained enough experience to go out and buy a second set and still be way ahead. I'd never pay to have it done unless of course you're talking paint which is what I plan on doing. Vinyl stripes are a temporary stop gap measure. There's nothing like the real thing!
