Original Poster: "Yes, can I speak to the service manager please.?

Service Manager: "Yes, what can I help you with"?

OP: "Hello, I just bought a 07 MGT convert from you guys yesterday, and I've got some questions."

SM: "Shoot"

OP: "Yeah, I've been out at the local parking lot, trying my d@mndest to do some smokey burnouts,
and it just doesn't seem to be going well. I've tried everything, turning off the A/C, turning off the T/C
doing full on brake stands, you name it. The tires brake loose a bit, but I can't get the BIG PILLOWY
clouds of tire smoke out of her.
Oh, and, the engine and tranny and such is smelling really bad too already.
And should it be making these funny clickity clack noises too?
What do you think the problem is?

SM: "YOU!! And I suppose I'll be getting to know you pretty well in the near future."

OP: "Ahhh, okay, I'm confused, what should I do?"

SM: "Ask the 15 year old Girl Scout next door, she'll undoubtedly be able to explain it
to you. Good luck, see you soon, bye bye."

Can anyone confirm that they have even started production on the 2007's? Thought they didn't begin that until August...
My '07 was built 6/16/06 and I recieved it on 6/30/06. They started building the '07s on June5, 2006. I've been very happy with it. You should have ordered the 3.55 gears. I haven't driven on with the 3.31 ratio yet but apparently it makes a difference.

ditto, damn, how old are you??? Daddy musta bought it for you!! You need to go and make sure the air bags work before you get into a fender bender.
