Fan runs too much??

Fan runs too much??
I've been noticing lately that my cooling fan has been running a lot when I think it shouldn't be. It's not really been all that hot here lately, but my fan is still runs even after a highway cruise. Now, I can understand it running when I'm sitting in the drive-thru waiting, but I would think after a good few minutes running on the interstate that the coolant temp would be back down cool enough for the fan to shut off. I'm a little concerned that I might have an air bubble in my cooling system from when I installed my WMS intake (you have to drain the cooling system, and move the reservoir). This all seemed to start around the time I took it for a custom tune. I'm now running a 93 octane. Is anyone else who is running a 93 tune experiencing similar issues?
Also, does anyone know how to properly diagnose whether I have an air bubble in the cooling system? I am not having any overheating problems (at least according to the temp gauge). And, if I do have an air bubble, what is the best way to get rid of it?

RE: Fan runs too much??
Mine runs a lot cuz i lowered the starting temp with the Xcal2,
i did this because i have underdrive pulleys on it now, and the water pump was slowed
i never noticed if it was on much stock or not, it shouldn't be a bad thing though
