anyone know if it is possible to just get the saleen piece between the lights on the rear fascia...as in the part that surrounds the liscence plate and covers up the innermost section of each taillight. I like the look but i wouldnt want to buy the whole saleen rear because of the position of the exhaust. is this possible or am i dreaming?

Pretty sure you have to get the entire rear.

You are going to need the entire Saleen Rear plus the Saleen exhaust because no other exhaust will fit in there.

Search for Mustang Blackout Panel. I few other companies made em, didn't see any that blocked the 3rd light though. I like the look of it too.
